Mallika
With over 15 years in the field of neuro-design, my work has mainly revolved around one idea, that games have the power to spark the brain in extraordinary ways. From creating online and offline games to designing multi-sensory, immersive experiences, my strength lies in merging creative concepts with a neuroscientist’s insight into behavioural and game psychology. As a writer, storyteller, and theatre artist, I bring narrative depth and emotional connection into every project. I believe that games have the ability to transform how we learn, play, and experience the world. My role in the Mithya Game Academy is to help you refine your ideas, strengthen your design skills, and use psychology-backed strategies to bring your game vision to life, whether it’s competitive, educational, or purely for fun.
Mayank
With over 13 years in the game development industry, my work as a software strategist and game architect has focused on turning complex ideas into smooth, engaging gameplay. I specialize in building with Unity and have a portfolio that includes real-time multiplayer games, interactive web experiences, and scalable backend systems. My expertise in DevOps and cloud engineering allows me to streamline workflows and automate systems using Golang, Python, and AWS. I’m also passionate about using AI to design in-game agents that enhance gameplay and development through vibe coding. At Mithya Game Academy, my goal is to help you navigate the technical side of game creation with confidence, turning your creative ideas into fully functional, playable experiences.
